Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Oakland Tech walked away with it. They snuck past the Inderkum Tigers with a 72-66 win on Thursday. The Bulldogs are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 11 straight.
Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Taylen Goodman, who almost dropped a double-double with 20 points and nine boards. That's the most rebounds Goodman has posted since back in December of 2024. Another player making a difference was Siincere Hudson, who shot 57% from the field en route to 19 points and six assists.
Oakland Tech's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-5. As for Inderkum, their defeat dropped their record down to 29-3.
Oakland Tech didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 77-74 loss against San Ramon Valley on the 8th. Inderkum does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
