Logan Cella and Co. Win Eighth in a Row
  Logan Cella's big game helped extend Roy's winning streak to eight on Friday. Nobody could stop  Cella as he made 16 total tackles (2.0 for loss). He really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 86-yard run.
 Roy's victory was  their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 8-0. Cella and Roy will square off against Bountiful at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.

Siaki Fekitoa Delivers Best  Performance of Season
  Siaki Fekitoa produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Bountiful to the win  on Friday. Fekitoa rushed for 273 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 11.4 yards per carry, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. He really tore up the turf  during one magnificent 72-yard run.
 If history really does repeat itself,  Fekitoa might just drop another big game when he faces off against Roy on Friday. Fekitoa rushed for 93 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries the last time he and the Royals duked it out  back in October of 2023.

Robert Young Dazzles in Roy Win
 Roy picked up their eighth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Robert Young. Young was dynamite, rushing for 94 yards and three touchdowns on only five carries, while also picking up 64 receiving yards and a touchdown. His longest rush was for an impressive 68 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
 For the season,  Young  has caught 6 touchdowns while averaging 53.9 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season,  he had two  receiving touchdowns.

Woods Cross Gets a Boost from Tapa'atoutai in  12-10  Win
  Viliami Tapa'Atoutai's rushing tear continued  on Friday as he dropped his third-straight game with 101+  rushing yards dating back to last season. He rushed for 167 yards. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D,  picking up  two  sacks and making six total tackles.
 For the year,  Tapa'Atoutai  has run in 14 touchdowns while averaging 140.2 rushing yards per game. He's  made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year,  he had two  rushing touchdowns.

Emerson Geilman Makes It Two for Bountiful
 The second Bountiful player making an appearance here is  Emerson Geilman, and for good reason. He rushed for 40 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 194 yards and two touchdowns on only 18 passes.
 On the season,  Geilman  has thrown 13 touchdowns (and  and only 2 picks) while averaging 202.1 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after eight games last season,  he had one  rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to six.
