Southland Academy was handed a heart-breaking two-point loss in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Westfield School on Friday. Everything went the Southland Academy Raiders' way against the Westfield School Hornets as the Southland Academy Raiders made off with a 64-43 victory. The Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three games by 21 points or more this season.

Southland Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Westfield School, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 3-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Southland Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Fullington Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Westfield School and Gatewood will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
