Johnson Creek had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Shorewood Greyhounds.

Johnson Creek easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-16.

Attigun Benz paced Johnson Creek's offense, picking up nine kills. Benz got some help from Olivia Frey and her 20 assists. Frey was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Johnson Creek's win bumped their record up to 16-11. As for Shorewood, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 14-15.

Johnson Creek has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Fall River on the 16th. Shorewood does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
