On Wednesday, International Studies had to suffer through a rough 64-10 loss at the hands of Mater Brickell Academy. International Studies was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 42-5.
Mater Brickell Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Logan Molina led the charge by scoring 18 points. Another player making a difference was Fritner Catilus, who scored 14 points.
International Studies' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Mater Brickell Academy, they now have a winning record of 2-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. International Studies' road trip will continue as they head out to face MAST Academy at 5:30 p.m. on December 14th. As for Mater Brickell Academy, they will face off against iMater Charter at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
