Good Samaritan HomeSchool won against Hull-Daisetta last Saturday with 11 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Tuesday. The Good Samaritan HomeSchool Hornets beat the Legacy Christian Academy Lions by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 11-1. Kinley Fife made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only a hit while striking out 15 over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April of 2024. She was also big at the plate, firing off three home runs and six RBI while going 3-for-3.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Riley Minter, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Lauraly Gilbert also deserves some recognition as she got her first hits of the season.
