The Redding Christian Lions's last game on Wednesday was all defense as neither team scored a goal. They and Hamilton finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result (or lack thereof) was the first time Redding Christian has been dealt a draw since back in January.
Redding Christian's draw gives them a new season record of 7-6-3. Meanwhile, Hamilton's record is now 5-12-2.
Redding Christian will head out on the road to square off against Paradise at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Paradise's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 12 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end. As for Hamilton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Durham at 3:15 p.m. on Friday. Durham is coming into the contest with three straight wins on the road, meaning Hamilton will have to defend against a team hungry for a win.
