Bear Grass Charter got themselves on the board against Mattamuskeet on Tuesday, but Mattamuskeet never followed suit. They blew past the Lakers 17-0. The Bears might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Hayden Willoughby, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. Those two stolen bases gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Brayden Perry, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Willoughby wasn't the only one working in the hit department: Bear Grass Charter kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in three consecutive matchups.
