Meanwhile, Stratford Academy lost to Deerfield-Windsor on the road by a 51-36 margin on Thursday. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.
Despite their defeat, Stratford Academy saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Tyler Stephens, who had nine points plus two steals, was perhaps the best of all.
