They took down Kenesaw 56-39. 56 seems to be a good number for Elm Creek as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.
Elm Creek was led to victory by Kade Sindt and Quin Oberg. Sindt scored 12 points along with eight rebounds and three steals, while Oberg scored 19 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Oberg has scored at least a third of Elm Creek's points. Another player making a difference was Drew Harbur, who scored six points along with three steals.
When it comes to explaining why Kenesaw lost, one person who can't be blamed is Blake Steer. Despite the final result, he scored 19 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Elm Creek has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Kenesaw, they now have a losing record at 6-7.
