The Trinity Christian Academy Warriors and the Berean Christian Bulldogs will face off  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday without much rest having both just played. The timing is sure in Trinity Christian Academy's favor as the  squad sits on three straight wins at home while Berean Christian has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
On Thursday, Trinity Christian Academy needed a bit of extra time to put away American Heritage. They walked away with  an   80-71  victory over the Stallions.

 Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Trinity Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than   Paul Morency, who  went 10 for 11  on his way to 22 points. The dominant performance gave  Morency a new career-high in  points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Matthew Shedd, who  went 6 of 9  en route to 19 points.
 Meanwhile, Berean Christian was beaten by King's Academy 68-33 on Thursday. While losing is never fun, the Bulldogs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings  (they are ranked 628th, while the Lions are ranked 179th).
 Berean Christian's loss dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Trinity Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 10-11.
 Trinity Christian Academy barely slipped by Berean Christian when the teams last played  back in December of 2024, winning  58-57. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was  Berean Christian's  Derek Vasquez, who  posted 19  points in addition to seven  boards and three  steals.
