Mary Butcher put up the most strikeouts she's had over her last eight games on Friday. She wasn't messing around, striking out ten batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and four unearned) runs off seven hits (and only one walk). The pitching appearance was her sixth straight with two or fewer walks.

Looking ahead, Butcher and Oak Hill will square off against Richwood at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Red Devils are 9-1 against the Lumberjacks going back to March of 2017, a lead they'll look to extend.
