Basketball Recap: Central Makes It Four in a Row on the Road

Central won the last time they faced Washington County and things went their way on Saturday too. The Central Chargers walked away with a 44-33 win over the Washington County Golden Hawks.

Despite the loss, Washington County saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Aeria Hagans posted 11 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jade Kitchens, who scored 13 points.

Central's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 20-5. As for Washington County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 18-8.
