Lake Minneola came into Friday's game looking for another win against Forest, but Keziyrehun Rivers wouldn't allow it. The Wildcats claimed a resounding 52-0 victory over the Hawks with plenty of help from Rivers, who rushed for 117 yards and a pair of scores on only 13 carries. He is becoming a predictor of Forest's success: when he posts at least 80 rushing yards the team is 3-1 (and 1-2 when he doesn't).

Forest didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. It was truly a group effort as Khelich Brown, Daylin Eason, and Jairah Raines picked up one apiece.

Forest now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Lake Minneola, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Looking ahead, Forest will challenge Davenport at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Broncos will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lake Minneola, they will square off against Horizon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Lake Minneola will be up against Horizon's rather soft defense (which has allowed 29.86 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
