It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 77-43, which was the final score in College Park Academy's tilt against Fairmont Heights on Tuesday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for College Park Academy in their matchups with Fairmont Heights: they've now lost three in a row.
Crossland fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They beat International High School at Largo on Tuesday by the very same score they won with last week: 51-49.
College Park Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Crossland, their win bumped their record up to 2-15.
College Park Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Crossland when the teams last played back in January, but they still walked away with a 56-50 win.
