Cony has been on a difficult stretch since their win on September 30. They fell just short of the Lincoln Academy Eagles by a score of 2-1 on Tuesday. Cony were not able to make up for their loss to Lincoln Academy from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Cony's goal came courtesy of Kya Douin, who's now up to seven this season.

Cony's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7-4. As for Lincoln Academy, they now have a winning record of 3-2-2.
