Wesleyan Christian have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took the game and then some with a 52-14 victory on Friday over South Coffeyville. The high-flying offensive effort was a definite turnaround from Wesleyan Christian's flat performance the contest before.
The win bumped Wesleyan Christian's record up to 2-3. The loss dropped South Coffeyville's record to 1-4.
Next week Wesleyan Christian take on Davenport at 7:30 PM. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Wesleyan Christian and Davenport will really light up the scoreboard. South Coffeyville will stay at home against Summit Christian Academy at 7:30 PM.
