Despite the loss, Madison-Grant got a solid performance out of Maddy Moore, who scored 12 points along with five steals. Moore has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 12 times she's played. Madalee Holloway was another key contributor, scoring nine points.
Meanwhile, Eastbrook entered their tilt with Bluffton with 11 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 12. Eastbrook strolled past Bluffton with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 66-52.
Madison-Grant has been struggling recently, as they've lost seven of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season. As for Eastbrook, they pushed their record up to 18-1 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.
