Basketball Recap: Hamilton Township Takes Loss Despite Strong Efforts from Kadan Ahr and Jovon Mcbride

Hamilton Township suffered their biggest loss since January 2nd on Friday. They lost 72-46 to the Bloom-Carroll Bulldogs. The Rangers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 66-62.

Hamilton Township's loss came despite strong showings from Jovon McBride and Kadan Ahr. McBride posted 19 points and five boards, while Ahr had ten points. McBride's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points.

Hamilton Township's defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 11-1 and their overall record down to 17-4. As for Bloom-Carroll, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-10.

Hamilton Township has already played their next match, a 64-58 loss against Granville on the 15th. As for Bloom-Carroll, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 61-55 defeat against River Valley on the 15th.
