With a playoff game on the line, the Kerman Lions rose to the challenge on Friday. They secured a 20-14 W over Mission College Prep. Winning may never get old, but Kerman sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Leading Kerman to victory were Adrian Torres and Adam Delgado. Torres threw for 271 yards and three touchdowns, while Delgado picked up 156 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Despite the loss, Mission College Prep still got an impressive performance from Drew Harrigan, who rushed for 142 yards and a touchdown.
Kerman pushed their record up to 8-5 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 33.7 points per game. As for Mission College Prep, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-4.
Kerman will be staying on the road on Friday to face off against Mission Oak at 7:00 p.m. on November 24th. Mission Oak has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 112 points over their last three games. Mission College Prep does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
