Northwest Christian School waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Davenport Gorillas a 7-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for the Crusaders, who have now won 13 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Northwest Christian School's win bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Davenport, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.

Northwest Christian School does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Davenport, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Lake Roosevelt at 3:00 p.m.
