 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Landen Duprey, who  went 2-for-3 with a  home run, two  stolen bases,  and two  runs.
 Northeastern Clinton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Peru, their record is now 2-0.
