Basketball Recap: Durango Skates Past Doral Academy Red Rock with Ease

Durango entered their tilt with Doral Academy Red Rock on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They breezed by the Doral Academy Red Rock Dragons to the tune of 80-46. The Trailblazers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Leading Durango to victory were Emmanuel Peter and Fabian Gomez. Peter went 8 for 10 on his way to 24 points and eight rebounds, while Gomez went 7 of 12 on his way to 17 points in addition to seven rebounds and three steals. Gomez is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Elijah Outlaw-Mcdaniels, who went 5 of 11 on his way to 12 points and six rebounds.
