It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 73-44, which was the final score in Tapestry's's tilt against Eden on Friday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Tapestry has scored all season.
Taesyn Slating continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Eden, dropping a double-double on 26 points and 13 rebounds. Slating is absolutely dominating the block category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Chris Krencik, who scored 19 points along with five rebounds.
Tapestry's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 3-2. As for Eden, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Tapestry will be home for the holidays to greet The Park School of Buffalo at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Eden, they will head out on the road to face off against Griffith Institute at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
