Gabriella Fisher made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 11 consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in all three of her plate appearances with one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Darelyn Maldonado, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Davies Career & Tech's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.3 runs over those games. As for Exeter-West Greenwich, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-8.
