Conant won the last time they faced Leyden and things went their way on Saturday too. The Cougars walked away with a 2-0 win over the Eagles.

While Conant won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-15.

Conant's victory bumped their record up to 17-6. As for Leyden, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 12-15.

Conant will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against DePaul College Prep at 11:30 a.m. The Rams will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Cougars surely won't give up without a fight. As for Leyden, they will square off against Wheeling at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
