Lewisburg is ranked highly in their home state and   on Thursday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Clarksville. The Lewisburg Patriots walked away with  an   11-8  win over the Clarksville Wildcats. The  victory was nothing new for the Patriots as they're now sitting on six straight.
 Brady Rodgers looked comfortable as he  tossed 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   one  hit. He has been consistent  recently: he hasn't  given up  more than one  hit in three consecutive appearances.
 On the hitting side, Lewisburg got a  massive  performance out of  Andrew Hendrichovsky, who  scored three  runs and  stole  Two bases. while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance gave  Hendrichovsky a new career-high in  hits. The team also got some help courtesy of  Caden Nelson, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
 Lewisburg  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 13  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least nine  hits in three consecutive  contests.
Lewisburg's record now sits at 12-2. As for Clarksville,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 5-2.
 Lewisburg wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  matchup,  a  6-5  loss against Winter Park on the 14th. Clarksville has also already played their next  game (against Blackman), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
