Meanwhile, while it was all tied up 22-22 at halftime, Thales Academy Apex was not quite St. Thomas More Academy's equal in the second half on Friday. Thales Academy Apex took a hard 56-41 fall against St. Thomas More Academy. Thales Academy Apex has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Friendship Christian pushed their record up to 12-6 with that win, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.0 points per game. As for Thales Academy Apex, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost 15 of their last 18 contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-19 record this season.
Friendship Christian didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Thales Academy Apex when the teams last played on January 5th, but they still walked away with a 62-56 win.
