The Brandon Eagles lost against the East Bay Indians back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Brandon was outmatched by East Bay at home and fell 56-27. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Brandon in their matchups with East Bay: they've now lost eight in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead East Bay to victory, but perhaps none more so than Evalis Williams, who scored 20 points along with 3 steals. Another player making a difference was Nyashia Edwards, who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds and 6 steals.
Brandon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for East Bay, their win bumped their record up to 2-4.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Brandon won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Middleton at 8:00 p.m. on December 6th. Middleton is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling. East Bay won't have much time to rest: their next game is against King at 8:00 p.m. on December 6th.
