The Riverfield Country Day Ravens stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They really took it to Regent Prep for the full four quarters, racking up a 74-38 victory on the road. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 48-16.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Riverfield Country Day to victory, but perhaps none more so than Anthony Harper, who scored 21 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Harper has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Braedon Clinton, who shot 4-for-5 from long range and dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten assists.
Riverfield Country Day has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for Regent Prep, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.
Riverfield Country Day will be playing at home against Dove Science Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dove Science Academy is no doubt hoping to put an end to a six-game streak of away losses. As for Regent Prep, they will head out on the road to challenge Sequoyah at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
