Considering the Eagles have won eight matchups by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Johnny Lewis Jr had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 216 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 86 yards and one touchdown on perfect 6-for-6 passing. Those 216 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Robert Stith, who picked up 86 receiving yards and one touchdown.
Niceville's defense stepped up as well, laying out Christian Sims Jr.. five times. Nathaniel Krider was especially locked on to Lincoln's QB and sacked him twice. Krider is on a roll when it comes to sacks, as he's now posted at least one in the last five games he's played.
The win was the sixth in a row for Niceville, bringing their record for this year to 12-1. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 14.7 points per game. As for Lincoln, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-3.
Niceville has already played their next contest, a 34-33 defeat against Lakeland on the 6th. Lincoln does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
