Hayfork won the last time they faced Plumas Charter and  Levi Cavalli did his part to make sure it happened again. The Timberjacks breezed past the Warriors to the tune of  66-0 on Friday with plenty of help from  Cavalli, who rushed for 134 yards and four  TDs on only ten carries. His rushing production has been exceptional  for a while as that marked his 20th straight game with at least 100  rushing yards dating back to last season.
Another player making a difference was  Evan Pickett, who rushed for 90 yards and one  score on only nine carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up  a  sack, making ten total tackles,  and defending one pass.
 Hayfork's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB  three times. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess:  Pickett,  Tatem Wiley,  and  Ethan Miller, who each picked up one  sack apiece. Hayfork received some extra help from  Wiley, whose fumble return for a touchdown  made for one of the most unforgettable moments.
Hayfork's win bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Plumas Charter, they have  been struggling recently as they've  lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record  this season.
