After a string of three wins, The Rossville Bulldogs''s good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They suffered a rough 28-7 defeat at the hands of Riley County. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.
Rossville's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performance. Perhaps the best among them was Camden Horak, who rushed for 68 yards and a touchdown. Tayson Horak was another key contributor, gaining 127 total yards.
Rossville's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Riley County, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
