Zach Cwalinski Turns in Season-Best Performance
Zach Cwalinski produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Valley View to the win on Friday. Cwalinski rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.7 yards per carry, and also threw for 107 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 67 yards.
The win was the seventh in a row for Valley View, bringing their record for this year to 7-1. Cwalinski and Valley View will host Wyoming Valley West at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
