The biggest upset of the week belonged to Towanda, who defeated 248th ranked Athens, 43-14.
The Knights scaled the state rankings by moving to 359 from 468 this week, the biggest jump in Northern Tier 1. Towanda was able to make move up by topping the Wildcats 43-14.
Jed Wright and Jed Wright gave Troy a balanced attack through the air and ground last week. Wright threw for 19 yards, while Wright ran for 159 yards. Brandon Mattocks also contributed to the rushing game with 88 yards on the ground.

Fans will be treated to a premier battle in the secondary when Towanda's Daniello goes up against the Panthers' Dayton Wood.
One of Northern Tier 1's premier quarterbacks will face off with its top pass rusher when North Penn and the Knights face off next week.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Towanda takes on Tom Dickinson's team. The Knights are in third place, while the Panthers are in fourth place.
Wellsboro took down Cowanesque Valley 42-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
