The Massabesic Mustangs will be playing at home against the Gorham Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. After the pair made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky.
Even though Biddeford scored an imposing 32 points on Thursday, Massabesic still came out on top. Massabesic put the hurt on Biddeford with a sharp 56-32 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Massabesic.
Meanwhile, Gorham got themselves on the board against Deering on Friday, but Deering never followed suit. They were the clear victor by a 20-0 margin over the Rams.
Gorham found their leader in underclassman Garrett Poulin, who rushed for 38 yards and two touchdowns.
Their wins bumped Massabesic to 4-5 and Gorham to 2-5.
Massabesic didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Gorham in their previous matchup back in October of 2022, but they still walked away with a 27-22 win. Does Massabesic have another victory up their sleeve, or will Gorham turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
