The Galeton Tigers won the last time they faced the Williamson Warriors, and things went their way on Friday too. Galeton came out on top against Williamson by a score of 56-47. The win made it back-to-back wins for Galeton.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Galeton to victory, but perhaps none more so than Corey Anderson, who scored 27 points along with 3 steals. Another player making a difference was Zach Pagano, who scored 11 points along with 6 steals.
Galeton's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Williamson, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.
Galeton won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Canton at 8:30 p.m. on December 9th. Hopefully Canton focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 18 on Friday. As for Williamson, they will head out on the road to face off against Mansfield at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
