Smith is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played. Ellie Lynch was another key player, getting five digs and three aces.
Meanwhile, Nation Ford faced Greenville in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Wednesday. The Falcons walked away with a 3-1 win over the Red Raiders.
Nation Ford was especially dominant in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-17, 21-25, 26-24.
Woodmont better focus on containing Addison Gollnick and Kaedyn Giannini as the pair were huge in Nation Ford's win. Gollnick had 15 digs and five assists, while Giannini had eight digs. That's the most assists Gollnick has posted since October 2nd.
Nation Ford's victory bumped their record up to 36-7. As for Woodmont, their win bumped their record up to 33-5.
