University Christian found their leader in underclassman Alanna Tatum, who scored 23 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which Tatum has scored at least 25% of University Christian's points. Another player making a difference was Kennedi Tatum, who scored 17 points.
University Christian's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Covenant School of Jacksonville, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.
University Christian will be playing at home against Ridgeview at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ridgeview is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for Covenant School of Jacksonville, they will square off against St. Johns Country Day at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
