Jefferson scored the most runs they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They came up short against the Blanchet Catholic Cavaliers, falling 19-4. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cavaliers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Jefferson's loss was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Blanchet Catholic, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Jefferson has already played their next match (against Vernonia), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Blanchet Catholic, they will face off against Taft at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
