Lincoln North Star's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jordan Castor, who scored 17 points. The game was Castor's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was JaKeyce Fowler, who scored 17 points.
Bryson Bahl was his usual excellent self, shooting 7-for-11 from beyond the arc and dropping a double-double on 35 points and 15 rebounds for Papillion-LaVista South. That makes it four consecutive games in which Bahl has scored at least 25% of Papillion-LaVista South's points. Reece Kircher was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 9 rebounds and 5 assists.
Lincoln North Star's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Papillion-LaVista South, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.
