Vision needed a changed in momentum after dropping six straight games and they got it from Raelynn Nickel. Vision walked away with a 52-39 victory over the Rimrock Raiders on Thursday thanks in part to Nickel, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last 24 games she's played dating back to last season.
The team also got some help courtesy of Angel Gutierrez, who posted seven points along with 14 rebounds and four steals. What's more, she also racked up four assists, the most she's had since back in December of 2023.
Vision's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Rimrock, their loss dropped their record down to 2-5.
