Great West recap November 5, 2013
Scott added to the longest winning streak in Great West this week by beating Russell, 54-0. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.
Scott took down the Broncos 54-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Trey O'Neil threw for 60 yards and 1 touchdown and ran for 19 yards during the win.
Trey Teeter threw for 238 yards and 3 touchdowns. He was 13-23 with 1 interception.
Dax Ruhs was the best wideout in the league this week as Goodland bested Colby. Ruhs tallied 8 receptions for 141 yards. Kolt Trachsel helped Goodland's passing attack out by catching 3 balls for 61 yards.
The Cowboys' Teeter and Ruhs have formed a dream team this season, leading the league in both passing and receiving yards. 5-10 quarterback Teeter has thrown for 1,900 yards this season, while Ruhs has 37 catches for 785 yards. Ulysses's Ian Rudzik leads the league in rushing yards with 1,766.
Glenn O'Neil's team led Great West in scoring this week after putting up 54 points on Russell. O'Neil ran for 19 yards in the win.
