After losing to the Milaca Wolves the last time they met, the Spectrum Sting decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Spectrum took their game on the road on Thursday with ease, bagging a 77-42 victory over Milaca. The win made it back-to-back wins for Spectrum.
Milaca's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Samson Trigg, who scored 9 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Coleton Kiel, who scored 6 points.
Spectrum's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Milaca, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Zimmerman the next time they take the court. Milaca will host Zimmerman at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Spectrum will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
