On Friday North Pointe Prep take on Glendale Prep Academy at 7:00 PM. Glendale Prep Academy will need to watch out since North Pointe Prep have now posted big point totals in their last four contests.
Last Friday, North Pointe Prep put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They put a hurting on ASU Prep to the tune of 62-7. Senior Joe Soriano-Garfias, who rushed for 172 yards and 6 touchdowns, was a major factor in North Pointe Prep's success.
Meanwhile, Glendale Prep Academy have had to suffer through a 4-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They strolled past Red Rock with points to spare, taking the contest 40-21. The success represented a nice turnaround for Glendale Prep Academy, who in their last game suffered a tough 8-55 defeat.
Their wins bumped North Pointe Prep to 3-1 and Glendale Prep Academy to 1-4. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Glendale Prep Academy and North Pointe Prep will really light up the scoreboard.
