Hunter-Kinard-Tyler pushed their record up to 8-6 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.8 points per game. As for Blackville-Hilda, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8.
Hunter-Kinard-Tyler wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 62-59 win against Horse Creek Academy on the 24th. Blackville-Hilda has also already played their next contest, a 72-61 victory against Wagener-Salley on the 24th.
