The Frankenmuth Eagles will challenge the Yale Bulldogs at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Frankenmuth is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

 Chloe Compau was a  major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  struck out 14 batters over  seven innings while giving up just two earned  (and two unearned) runs off   nine  hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't  tossed less than eight  strikeouts any time she's  pitched this season. She was also big at the plate,  going 3-for-4 with one  run.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Bri Barker, who  went 1-for-4 with one  home run. Another player making a difference was  Emma Sprowl, who  went 1-for-5 with two  RBI, one  run,  and one  double.
 Frankenmuth  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Garber only managed six  hits.
 Meanwhile, Yale hadn't done well against Almont recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way  on Tuesday. The Bulldogs skirted past the Raiders  4-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  win the Bulldogs have posted  since April 16, 2024.
 Frankenmuth's victory was  their third straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 6-0. The  road  wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Yale, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
