Hartselle waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They blew past the Decatur Red Raiders 14-2. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won nine games by six runs or more so far this season.

Hartselle's win bumped their record up to 20-6. As for Decatur, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-15.

Looking ahead, Hartselle will challenge Russellville at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Decatur, they will face off against East Limestone at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
