Brayden Scalf turned in nothing short of a gem on Tuesday, striking out nine batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with eight or more strikeouts. On the year, he has an ERA of 3.79 over 20.1 innings pitched.
