It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Plymouth Bobcats had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They slipped by Souhegan 21-20. The victory was nothing new for Plymouth as they're now sitting on six straight.
Despite the loss, Souhegan still got an impressive performance from Jayden (JJ) Bright, who rushed for 136 yards and a touchdown on only 14 carries.
Plymouth's win bumped their record up to 10-2. As for Souhegan, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-3.
Plymouth will face off against Pelham at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Pelham will be coming into the match with an undefeated record on the line. Souhegan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
